Every woman in the process of pregnancy gains weight. Regular weight gain represents the continued development of your baby. Therefore, gaining weight is actually extremely healthy. A healthy pregnant individual gain 10 to 15 kilograms during a total of 40 weeks of pregnancy. This is due to both the baby's own weight and the nutrient fluid in the placenta. During a normal pregnancy, it is possible to gain approximately 2 to 3 kilos in the first 3 months of pregnancy. You may lose 1 or 2 pounds in the first weeks due to nausea and vomiting. But then you'll get those pounds back quickly. In the second trimester of pregnancy, you start to gain weight every month. During this period, you start to gain weight more quickly. In the third trimester of my pregnancy, you gain 2 pounds each month.
